To find and order items for Cynosure devices, check order status, track product shipments and pay open invoices on your schedule.

If you are a Lutronic customer, you can purchase Lutronic products on https://shop.lutronic.com/

Sign up to create an account on the login page. Cynosure Lutonic will validate your customer status and the Energy-based devices that you have purchased from us. We will notify you as soon as your username and password are active. This process can take up to 48-hours or 2-business days.

Each account has at least one administrative user that can create and approve additional Users for the business. Please assign each user a unique email address username.

You may change your password though My Account and select the change password link located on your dashboard. A verification code will be sent to your email, which will provide you with next steps.

Cynosure Lutronic representatives are available Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM EST to assist with your service needs. For general technical inquiries, or to request service, please email service@cynosure.com or dial toll free 888.523.2233. When emailing, please provide your account number, serial number of the laser in question and description of your needs. If you are calling after hours or on a weekend or holiday, you will be prompted to leave a message and a Tech Support Agent will reach out to you within 30 minutes. International Customers, please dial 800.886.2966 or email service@cynosure.com.

The products you see for sale on the webstore are curated and personalized based on the devices that you have purchased and have registered with Cynosure. The more devices you own, or have registered with us, the more products you will see. If you feel that you should have access to additional products, please reach out and let us know.

If you have identified an item you need, but cannot find it within the webstore, please call us toll-free at 800.886.2966 option 4 option 2, Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST for assistance. You may also email our support team at ecommerce.support@cynosure.com.

Simply add products to your cart through one of our order options (regular check out, saved cart, etc). Orders placed for in-stock items before 3pm eastern time typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm eastern time will ship the following day.

If you need to place an order that requires special handling or urgency you may contact a Service Admin at 800.886.2966 option 4 option 2, Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

Simply add products to the cart and proceed to checkout. Once all the required fields are entered, you will be given the option to schedule a replenishment order toward the end of the checkout process. You can manage and keep track of your replenishment orders under your Account Dashboard.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express for all purchases. Based on your terms, you may also checkout through purchase orders.

Orders are available immediately after you receive your order confirmation. Depending on order size and site traffic this time can vary from 1 to 15 minutes.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day. Delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that, delivery estimate does not consider all holidays and/or extra processing time.

Please check your online order history for tracking information. You may also visit www.fedex.com or www.ups.com with your tracking information.

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please call us toll-free at 888.866.2966 Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST. A customer service representative will assist you and confirm your order will be canceled. Once an item is shipped, the Terms and Conditions of our Returns Policy will apply.

All sales are final. No sale will be accepted for return unless Cynosure Lutronic has granted prior written authorization.

To add a new shipping address, go to your Account Dashboard and select "Address Book" from the sidebar. Once there, you will see an option to request a new address, which will then be sent to our internal team for approval. If you would like to edit or delete an address, please reach out to a representative via the Contact Us page.
